Over a 3-7 day period, begin increasing raw food portion and decrease existing food daily.

Elderly dogs will take the full 7 days to adjust to their new diet

Puppies can easily move straight onto the quality raw dog meals, do not mix, always feed puppies 3 x per day until 12 months old.
