Harvey, our Australian Shepherd has been on Emmarentia Raw for 8 months now.
We got him on this diet when he was about 10month’s old. Prior to Emmarentia Raw we had terrible experience with feeding him in general.
From Gastro, to being un-interested in his Kibble, to poor Harvey getting weird allergic reactions to his food & other fake Raw brands we believe that we Harvey’s diet has put a lot of pressure on us in the beginning, considering we never owned a dog. To be frank, we were very over-whelmed with it all.
Even training Harvey was always a challenge purely because he was never food motivated. This in turn built up a fare amount of anxiety in regards to Harvey’s health.
Katherine suggested we try get him on a week’s supply of the Beef Raw meal. My wife and I were VERY skeptical just because of our prior experience & not to mention my wife is a vegetarian who gets very nauseous with the smell of Raw food. We were so happy to report that the meal had no smell! So we were already off to a good start.
At first Harvey was un-interested in the meal which was a usual for him, but after a few small bites, he went bezark and scoffed it all down, so the taste box was definitely ticked.
The BIG problem for us was the Gastro and allergies, and since having Harvey on Emmarentia Raw for the past 8month’s we haven’t had a single incident with Either.
Harvey’s discomfort with food is a thing of the past, he is so well behaved & calm that his training has improved ten fold, we kind of feel like a switch in his brain has been flipped and now he is food motivated and we manage to train him consistently.
Besides the ton of benefits from the food I’d also like to thank Katherine & Indiana for their amazing service, deliveries are always on time, they always reply immediately when I have any questions at all, and they keep tabs on when I am running low on Harvey’s food, Which is extremely helpful to us!
